How do I import books?
Tap the + button in your library to import EPUB files. You can import from Files, iCloud, or any app that shares EPUB files. On Android, use the file picker to select books from your device storage.
My book isn't loading correctly
Make sure your file is in EPUB format. If the book has DRM protection, it may not be compatible. Try re-downloading the book from your ebook provider without DRM, or use a tool like Calibre to convert and verify the format.
How do I adjust the reading speed?
While reading, tap the screen to show controls, then use the speed slider or buttons to adjust words per minute (WPM). Start slow (200-250 WPM) and gradually increase as you get comfortable.
What does the red letter mean?
The red letter marks the Optimal Recognition Point (ORP) — the spot where your brain recognizes each word most efficiently. Words are centered on this point to reduce cognitive load.
Is my data backed up?
All data stays on your device. On iOS, your reading progress is included in iCloud backups if enabled. On Android, use your device's backup features. We don't have servers that store your data.
The app crashed or isn't working
Try closing and reopening the app. If issues persist, reinstall the app (your imported books may need to be re-imported). Email us with details about what happened and your device model.
